Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The 30 days starts from the time your order was purchased. If 30 days have passed since the purchase of your order, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused (a one time try on is exempt from being considered used), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return please email support@plushwears.com, the subject line should state “return” and the message should include your order number. We will email a return shipping label to you for the return.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new and unused (a one time try on is exempt from being considered used), and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To initiate an exchange please email support@plushwears.com, the subject line should state “exchange” and the message should include your order number. We will email a return shipping label to you for the exchange. A store gift card is given for an exchange.

Cost of shipping (if applicable)
The shipping cost paid by you when your order was initiated is non-refundable.

Refunds and exchange approvals 
Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card, or original method of payment within 7 business days. if you are approved for an exchange, then a store credit will be issued to you immediately.
